Changes
Changes are a'comin'
I can feel it in the wind
I can smell fresh scents of newness
As I leave behind what's been
I can't see all that lies ahead
But I know Who charts my course
I have put my trust in Jesus Christ
Whose blood is my life-source
Faith is the assurity
That when my way seems dim
His Word is full of promises
My safety lies in Him
The gates of hell cannot prevail
No storm; no trial; no strife
Can take me from my Master's hand
For He gave me His own life
The winds of change will bear me up
On eagle's wings I'll soar
Through storm clouds dark, o'er mountain peaks
Till I reach heaven's door
And there my Jesus waits for me
His nail pierced hands stretched wide
Righteous, radiant, glowing love
For his adored and precious bride.

Dear Saved by Grace: What a beautiful writing and inspiration. I feel the wind of the Holy Spirit bringing change and new life. In praying for God's direction for my own life, I headed downtown for a job interview, and as I looked out the skyrise building waiting my turn, there was an eagle soaring between the office buildings downtown. I love eagles and how their nature and character has much to teach us. It is so unusual to see an eagle flying downtown, but there it was. I knew that God was saying something to me; to soar like an eagle. To let the winds carry me, to not strive, just soar with Him. I feel something new raising in my life again, where Satan tried to knock me down, my heavenly father not only picked me up, but he carried me through this last storm. God is faithful and we are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus and he is raising up his army in these last days. I have answered the call to Jesus to pick up my cross and follow him and may His people perform His mighty deeds as we follow the leading of the Holy Spirit. The bride says come! Compel them to come in and join us for the largest wedding feast ever!
