Unspeakable But Attained

Every breath I take,
every page I turn
draws me deeper,
closer to you!

He took me in His arms
and brought me higher.
Higher, to a place of understanding,
a glimpse of a drop of eternity.

Dancing with you
teaching me how to sing!
Resting in your manifold works and wisdom.
Comforting me with your
unspeakable wholeness my King.

Every layer gently broken,
then removed forever.
Only you make
the bitterness
taste sweet.
