Dear Chris,
You are tired, lonely, and sad.
Yet, you know you must turn to me.
You have in the past, have I not proven faithful?
You have run from me, have I not always been there when you turn around?
You are tired because you find your energy in food, sleep, and the empty promises of man.
Yet not me!
You are lonely because you seek intimacy from others.
Yet, you forget Im here.
You are sad because Im calling you away to something new and challenging and youre
not sure if you can handle it..
Yet, I have raised you and I am not done with you.
Your heart is turning again I can feel it. Can you?
You are no longer tired because you find your energy in me.
You are loved because we know each other.
You are filled with joy because you know theres more.
You seek me, here I am.
