I want to thank the people who created this website. May the good Lord bless you very much. I was searching through the net for inspirational messages on How God Restores Marriages and I came across your website. I read a couple of your testimonies and it inspired me. I would really appreciate it very much if you can remember me in your prayers.
I met my husband in 2007 when I went to Ghana for my sister’s engagement. We dated for just a couple of months and I moved back home to Ghana and we got married. I got pregnant and had a beautiful baby girl. She’s almost 2 years. My husband had already been divorce from his previous marriage with 3 boys 10 years ago. I love the boys like they are mine. Everything has been good but recently things have been bad. I must admit part of it is my fault. I became very angry and got in a bad mood which made me complain about anything that didn’t feel right to me. We are facing financial difficulties and I believe not working also got me to become angry. I also recently discovered that my weight gain is also a part of my behavior. I didn’t like the way I looked so I developed a low self esteem which brought about all of my mood swings and anger. I’m just letting you know what I did wrong but my husband also did quite some wrong stuff and I do believe the Holy Spirit will work on him separately. I need to focus on working on myself now. I have started working on my weight and also drawn nearer to God because I know He is the only one who can take something bad, fix it and make it look good. I recently came back to the state to visit my sisters. Our marriage is on a brick of falling apart. My husband said he is emotionally exhausted and wants his space. He told me that he will not call me because he doesn’t want to hear my voice and we can talk through the email. I need your help to pray for us. I am trying to obey his wishes by not calling him but I do believe this is not the way to restore a marriage. Please pray for me that God will touch our hearts and heal the marriage. I’m in need of God’s unconditional Love. I’m hurting so bad and I need to have peace in the mist of this storm. Please pray for us.
Thank you,
May

Hi May, I am in a similar situation my husband and I have been married for 10 years and have a beautiful son. We have been separated for several months now and I have spent a lot of my time praying and reading Gods word to keep me strong and I am begining to see a change in our situation. What has been of great help for me is having a study group of fellow belivers to pray with you also remember what may appear impossible with men is possible with God. Have faith God will restore your marriage in his time, he is never late.....
God Bless,
Yelu

Thanks to all of you for your encouragement. God has been good. My marriage is now on a great path. My husband didn’t apologies for any of his wrongs but I’ve seen a lot of changes in him. Please continue to pray for me because now that God has graciously moved in our situation; I sometimes feel a void. I now feel like I don’t want it anymore. I want to get out. I feel like I don’t love him anymore. I know this is not from God. Please continue to pray for me. I need to have a clear mind. Thanks again and God bless you all. I will be praying for you as well. I know God has already fixed any of your marriage problems in Jesus Name. Amen!

You may need some rest, you have been in a battle and sometimes a little rest afterward will change the way you feel. Rest in the presence of Jesus and He will strengthen you and give you His peace and healing that you and your relationship will need to make it a sweet success
