I went to a church camp for the first time when i was 11 or 12. All the other 'big kids' were there for relationships with each other, and not with Christ. This was obivious to me, and it really bugged me how people could take such a brilliant opportunity to let Christ into their lives, and just waste it by going on 'icee dates' and kissing when the cousilers weren't looking.
At the camp, I was saved, and I went home feeling like a new kid. I tried really hard to be good, and all that stuff.
But time went on, and my relationship with Christ sort of dwindled. I felt terrible. Like I wasn't even a Christian anymore.
But now I'm 14. I figured out that I couldn't depend on the church or the counsilers or my pastor to save me. It was my responsibility. So I gave my heart to God my own way. I prayed to him. I accepted him.
I feel him everyday. I see his miracles. I pray, and I feel like he's listening. I know he's listening.
It's hard to keep my faith alive with my life like the way it is right now. It just seems like everything's falling apart. But when I start to feel like giving up, I pray as hard and as openly as I possibly can. And I hold on a little longer.
Jesus is my savior, my rock, my king. He's done so much for me, so much I don't deserve. His love for me is....amazing.

You have a lot of wisdom for a 14 year old!
Nothing on this earth can compare to a right relationship with the Lord.
(Not just for this life, but also for all eternity!)
Stay close to the Lord. Stay in the Word. (Bible)
Talk to the Lord all throughout your day! (Pray)
Remember to Listen too. You will grow in your faith!
Let your life be focused on Him. Pray, trust Him, and don't
ever give up! He is Faithful! He sees and understands the Bigger
Picture. Things happen for a reason. God has a purpose for it all!
I hope your Friends and Family will see Christ's love through you,
and want to know God personally too! Turn from anything evil.

FOR MANY IT IS THEIR ONLY EXPOSURE TO THE REALITY OF GOD REPRESENTED IN HIS CREATION AND HIS WORD (THE BIBLE). I'M SO GLAD THAT YOU HAVE A HUNGER FOR THE TRUTH AND A THIRST FOR HIS LOVE.
