He is not seeing the demons with his natural eyes. He sees them with his spiritual eyes. Some believers can see, hear or just sense the presence of demons. Don't let this scare you, but it is true.

It could be two things - God has given this person a gift, or else they are suffering from delusions (not of God).
I have never seen a demon (and I never want to!) nor have I ever met anyone who has. I would suggest this - pray to God to reveal to you if this is someone who is walking with Him, or if this is someone you need to avoid and distance yourself from. Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you on this matter. If you get a sense of peace and that you can trust him, then don't worry about this and carry on. If you have an uneasy feeling after much prayer, trust this feeling! You will need to then begin praying for this person to stop having delusions, but at the same time, avoid associating with them so that they do not lead you astray in to something unholy.
