Thanks very much for your question. Let me provide you with the simplest answer I can, and then I will invite you come back and let me know how I can expand on the answer.
The simple answer is that we worship God because he deserves to be worshiped (in fact, He is the only being in existence that deserves it). God deserves worship because he is perfect, he is holy and he is good.
A large part of worship is simply acknowledging God and having a relationship with God, which seems like the natural and appropriate response once we realize how amazing he truly is.
I would encourage you to start by getting to know God, and finding out all you can about him. Once you do, the question of worship will make a lot more sense.
