God says the first shall be last and the last shall be first and those who humble themselves will be brought higher. God does talk about receiving "rewards" in heaven but it is for those who are humble and for those who have served God and put everyone's best interests first. Rewards, though, in heaven, would probably not be the same thing as we view rewards on earth...I am sure a heavenly reward would be much more exciting! I would not worry about the "levels" in heaven as it discusses even tame and wild animals lying down in the same place without it causing troubles. I do think, though, the harder you work to serve God and remain humble and not proud, the more God will reward you in heaven and tell you that you have been a "faithful servant".
