Father God,

We thank You that You are faithful. We thank You that we can come boldly before the throne of grace and receive mercy. We ask that You draw Dave to You so that he will be our brother in Christ. We denounce the devil's work in his life. We cancel every assignment satan has against this marriage right now in the name of Jesus. We bind every cheating spirit that presents itself to Dave. We loose faithfulness, love and forgiveness into this marriage. We praise You that You are glorified in this marriage. We pray forgiveness, peace, joy and wisdom for Dave's wife. We thank You that she can stand in the gap for her husband. We know that You were present when this marriage covenant was formed. We know thank You that the three-cord covenant is not easily broken. In Jesus' name. Amen

Thank you for your prayer for my husband and my self. I believe as the WORD says gain, I say to you, that if two of you are in agreement on earth about anything for which they will make a request, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are come together in my name, there am I among them. I know Dave has free will but I know our Fathers will keep looking for his lost sheep until he comes home Please Keep praying and praying. Glory be to God

Hi Simplejoy1 - I have prayed for you, your children and Dave; and will continue to remember your request.

Dear Sister,
I understand. I can identify with your pain and hurt of being betrayed by a husband many times. You are not alone in what you are feeling and going through. WE do not have to stand for the enemy using our husbands. We must put Satan under our feet where he belongs. I will be praying for your husband to not continue to yeild his members to another woman outside of you. You are precious in the sight of our God and he wants to see you healed and your husband saved. Father said that he willing that no man perish but have everlasting life. I will pray.

We thank you for today and for all the wonderful father's Lord. Father, I want to lift up Simplejoy1 husband to you and ask that you draw his heart to want to seek Jesus and desire salvation. Lord we know this is your will for all men on earth. Lord, my sister desires to see her husband saved and spared, and Lord I stand with her. Father, Simplejoy1 has expressed that she has been with her husband for many years and he has gone to other woman outside our thier marriage. Father, please in Jesus name give peace and guidance to my sister. Father, we ask that you put on this man's heart to ask for forgiveness for what he is doing to his family. Lord, I ask that you guide my sister in this situation and give her peace and heal her broken heart, In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

The Lord will heal your broken heart and He will give you peace.
I will be praying for your husband along with my own. There are many of us with this same situation. Hang on.
You will be in my prayers.

I need your prayers too. I caught my husband cheating. He travels with Nascar and was flying "her" to the races and telling me that I couldn't come. He got fired from his job because of "things" pertaining to HER. He is home now.... and is "acting" like he loves me. BUT.... I have almost had an emotional breakdown.... she is still calling him and I think he may be calling her (secretly, of course). I too am a believer in Christ... and I KNOW that satan is defeated.... please agree with me that satan take his hands off of my husband and our marriage and that God will restore it tenfold! I also pray that God will convict my husband (he hasn't shown any remorse for his activities). He says he was saved 2 years ago..... I can not judge him but I see no fruit.... he is drinking now, cursing badly.... and the cheating. PLEASE pray for me! And I too... am praying for all of you.

I too have a cheating spouse and do not want to end the marriage. I have three children, 17 months, 5 years old, and twelve. I think I have been a good wife, that is just my thoughts. He advised me that I was not being a good wife but a good mother. Please pray for my family that we all can be closer to God and have faith in each other. I do not know which direction to turn, but after reading your comments, I feel that I have hope.

Not only is my husband plagued with lust, but not working and smoking marijuana regularly. I have been the provider for 13 years and one of the reasons that he claims for cheating is that I am boring and nag too much. I basically want him to get a job and be a loyal husband and father. He says he wants to but his actions show that he is focused on being entertained. I could be more fun if I didn't have the weight of the bills and worry about who he is cheating with constantly on my shoulders. We've tried counseling several times with several different people/couples but he always finds something wrong with our counselors once they call him to the carpet. I've been called on things too, like being too critical-but I can take the comments because I'm so committed to the marriage. I believe in God's covenant and the power of prayer. But, I've been fasting and praying and seeing no consistent results. I wonder if we have too many problems to overcome. Maybe this is not God's will for my life. If it were just the cheating, or just the work-ethic, or just the drug use I could overcome...When I do hear from God, I believe He is saying to stay and stand in prayer, but I am worried that I can no longer handle all of this. I desparately need a breakthrough in some area of this. Please keep me lifted in prayer that God's Perfect Will be revealed to me in Jesus' Name! Thank you!

I know what you are going through, my husband is cheating on me and he left, saying he needs to get himself together. I don't know if I should give up on this marriage. I love him so much. Please pray for me Dale and I have been married for 10 years. This last year he was laid off, and that's when the staying out late and coming home the next morning started. Now he is just gone, he has not taken all his clothes, but I just know what to do. I want my marriage, but I dont want to live like this.

I will definitely be praying for you! Your marriage can absolutely be saved through Christ Jesus, but the road to healing can be long and surely requires a mature faith.....I am just learning these things on my journey towards a healthy must count the cost and decide for yourself where you stand. Stay encouraged...God will never leave or forsake you!

My husband has been cheating and the woman could be pregnant. I am praying that GOD heals my marriage and my husband sees me with clear eyes. I pray that the demons that have got a hold of my husband, will flee. I just pray that if someone else is in accord with me then he will be free.

Like previous posts, I too am trying to deal with a cheating husband who is not saved. We have children together, he has an additional one and there is a possibilty that another is on the way. Today, when I was ready to throw in the towel, the word from my inspirational quotes (emailed to me) and at church was to be patient. God hates divorce. God knows the plans that he has for me. Everytime I feel like giving up, I receive a word that tells me to hold on and keep on loving! I am holding on because I received confirmation from God before we got married. (though sometimes I begin to doubt it) The pain is intense but each moment that I think about Jesus, his standards and that he is able, there is a peace. I can only encourage you to keep Loving and find yourself in a place of worship. We wrestle not with flesh and blood...Praise has to go to another level. The spirit of Abaddon must be exposed. May the Holy spirit trouble your husband and mine until there is surrender and a desire to come out of darkness. Amen.

I was looking for prayers for a cheating husband and came across this page. My husband is having an affair for I don't how long. We have 2 lovely kids, the reasons why I just pretend that everything is going to be okay. I've been praying that the loving feeling would come back and that success and money won't drive him away from our family. My husband is a very ambitious man. He is attracted to women with money. I know deep down insude him that there's still goodness. I pray that he wakes up and be contented and happy with our family.

Hello Women of God. Just wanted to share in the hope that someone would be reminded that God is Able. I last posted on this site back in April, since then my husband has moved out and continues to live his life the way he wants. (Intimacy has resumed and he still sees or speaks to the children everyday) Yesterday, 1st Nov made 8 years of marriage. I recognise that 8 is symbolic of new beginnings and have been praying for a new beginning however God would have it. After putting my wedding band back on and putting back one of our wedding pictures on the wall, I received confirmation from The Word for Today on the 1st Nov - "Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin... Zechariah 4:10". [praise break]

God works according to your faith and faith comes by hearing the word of God. Be reminded that the devil is a liar - always has been. As often as you remember, speak the words 'My marriage is blessed' because I'm sure the devil has been whispering that your marriage is doomed! God will fight our battles for us, we just need to trust him, have faith and walk in it (faith without works is dead). I've realised that though I have tried to fix things - I can not save my husband - thats God's job, so I must concentrate on Worship, the Word and Loving the way God told us to. Keep seeking God for the answer, its a journey but he will bring you to a place of peace. God bless you all for sharing.

Oh, Holy father I pray for DAVE to turn around his behavior and come to appreciate the beautiful wife and kids his got, I know these are signs of the devil trying hard to set a family of four apart. In the name if Jesus this act of the devil will not work or materialize. I am currently dealing with a similar situation and I join Dave in saying the DEVIL IS A LIAR. Amen

By faith we must stand our cheating partners have not learned to be our friends, they don't understand the pain their action brings to our relationship. The women lie to them and believe they can trust these men. The men lie to them and believe they won't get caught. This cycle is wrought for does it's job very well. My pain is great. I am angry and sometimes irresponsible. Please pray for me. I don't know how to cry and my heart is full.i need rest in Jesus name. Ladies I send whatever peace you can find ,Grace to you

I am in pain. This summer a man came to my door and told me my husband was sleeping with his fiancé. After four days of questioning and his denial, my husband finally came clean. I kicked him out and had a nervous breakdown. My 8 year old son was witness to my breakdown. I met my husband when I was just 17 and have been madly in love with the man ever since. After a few months, I agreed to forgive him and welcome him home. A month later I check my husbands phone and there was a text with xoxo at the end. I asked the texter to stop texting my husband and three different women started texting me telling of their affairs with my husband. My heart which was not completely healed has broken again. That's four women in under three years. I love my husband and he claims to still love me. After his past affairs came out, he sought forgiveness from The Lord and asked Christ into his heart. He's sought counseling with a friend who is a pastor and he's claimed to recommit himself to our little family. For him and our marriage, I converted from Buddhism to Christianity and asked Christ into my heart and asked him to lead my life according to his will. I've asked this and prayed and we even live together again and attend church regularly but I'm still feeling so much pain and I'm so incredibly depressed. I ask for support and prayers from you all to help me through this deep pain and beyond.

I am currently undergoing a divorce my husband and I have been married for 6years but we have been living together for 14years. For the past six months my husband has been going back and forth between home and staying with her. He says that he wasn't but just recently she posted pictures of he and her together on social media. I know a lot of what she is doing is just being petty but he is in no way innocent no one can do anything you don't allow. So I filed for divorce when he left this last time I still am very much in love with my husband and the father of my three year old daughter. But I can no longer allow him to hurt us. Please pray that GOD brings him to repentance and deliver him from satans stronghold.

The stories here are so sad and I completely understand. My husband has been gone for 7 months after his affair was exposed. We have been married 28 years and together for 35. He is now in love with a coworker. He had had an affair with her 20 years ago also. We were the couple everyone would have bet on to last. We were unable to have children so we were very close since it was just me and him against the world. I am now 52 yrs old. Have been a stay at home wife for the last 11 yrs. While he was having his affair, he pretended everything was fine at home. But after someone exposed him, he could no longer lie. I never considered cheating. And after his first affair 20 yrs ago, he repeatedly told me he had learned his lesson and would never do it to me again. I tried to have faith and believe. He was my first love and only love. The thought of life without him was unimaginable. I feel as if he used my whole life as a convenience for him. So that when the time was right, he could just leave and chase his dream. Now I am unemployed, too old to start college, scared to death to be alone for the rest of my life, scared to death in general. On the rare occasion that I get to talk to him, he tells me he is happy with his new life. He is 56 and his girlfriend is 42. I am tortured daily with the thought that my marriage was destroyed by someone who will use him till he gets a few more yrs on him and then walk away. I am tortured that the devil leads people to seek and destroy. I can not get through one day without my thoughts torturing me every 5 minutes. I cannot find a way to get by without the only man I ever loved. And while the devil is torturing my heart, soul, and mind; I cannot understand why God seems to bless them for all the lying, cheating and betrayal that they dealt so easily. She is also married but separated. Whenever I do wrong in my life, I fear God's response. God loves us, but hates sin. I cry out to God daily to help me cope. I pray that satan's grip be removed from my husband's life. I pray God's work in my husbands soul. But my faith seems to fail when I hear how wonderful his life is and how devastated mine is. Can someone help me to understand this? Is there a strong prayer warrior who would pray with me that God would wake my husband's soul up? I am living on the edge of a breakdown and cannot seem to get my prayers to reach Heaven.

I've been married for almost 25 years and my husband has been cheating on me for 4 years now.i am going through so much pain because he simply acts as if it's ok I have caught him several times with his mistress (coworker) and she texts me horrible things about my self and how she is feeding him and has him under her control, she is an evil woman who uses devilish things on my husband. I will not leave my house because I don't she has the right to break up my marriage my husband won't leave he tells me I need to get help after I see him with her with my own eyes..this affair has affected my entire family my kids tell me to leave him because they are embarrassed of what he's doing and to make things worse his mistress is only 1year older than our oldest daughter. I've prayed for him so much and how I wish God would go into his heart n soften it and let him know what he's doing is wrong and how much pain he is causing me and our family (our children and grandchildren). I would greatly appreciate your help in prayer..

I have read all the situations that everyone is facing. My prayers are with all of you. As I can relate to almost every post. As my husband stated a few years back....he wanted his freedom or space...but did not want a divorce. He basically wants his cake and eat it too. I have worked so give the best to my family---and education for our sons. I shed tears everyday because I feel like I am losing FAITH. I love GOD and praise GOD ...he has got me this far. However, I am struggling trying to make a decision. Do I file for divorce...or hang in there. My husband often tells me he will be back soon....and has said this often---he does not want a divorce. He say he just wants to get through the crazy stuff he has done to our family. I am also dealing with the other woman...who post ignorance on her social page. She is evil. She insults me...but does not realize that my husband is still involved in his marriage. She humiliates and embarrasses my children. I believe in the power of prayer and if we all pray together for each other and ourselves--this shall all pass and we will have the marriage we always wanted. I pray daily. And I even scream at the devil to get out of our lives...because what GOD has brought together let NO ONE separate. I pray for GODS will and the strength to carry it out. I feel like I am in a no win situation....if I go on with my life...or sit here waiting for him to make this right. This is like an addiction for him...and this affair is a very abusive one. I am hurting...because he has me on this rollercoaster and pleads his love for me still...but then becomes distant. Please include me in your prayers for restoration of our marriage and I will keep you all in my prayers. In JESUS name I pray --AMEN

Blessings to all! I am now going through agonizing, heart wrenching pain. 23 years of marriage have no meaning at all to my "husband" anymore. Blindsided me on the morning before church with "our marriage is broken" I never saw that coming! Then says, I have feelings for someone and we have been intimate. I felt as if though someone struck me straight in the face with a bat! An elephant sat on my chest! The disbelief followed by suffocating pain. We have 2 kids that he says he adores with all his life. They are crushed and don't care about him anymore because he's a liar. He was a church elder and was just kicked out of church. Kicked out of the school board. But none of it matters. The only thing that matters is the other woman who has a child of her own. He says he's sorry for hurting me but he will not leave her. "she understands me"... Now he wants me to find a place to live. After 23 years I can't support myself. As I type this, he's house hunting with her. The classic affair at work, denial all the way by him. He is continuously lying. How can God bless that union? Will He? I don't want to lose my husband. He was a man of God...and says " I never thought I would do this"...but he can not stop. "it is what it is" so he says. I know he'll miss me. I don't know if I can ever take him back. I find his smell repulsive. I know that affairs don't last and are not blessed. Please pray for my family. I need to make wise decisions. I need clarity. I married him for better or worse. God I ask that you restore my and other women's marriage. God guide us all women and families that are going through this. It hurts! Devil, you are a defeated foe and your head is below our feet! Stay away from our families in the name of Jesus precious blood! Amen.

I have been married for 33 years and my husband left me for a 3 month affair and moved in with her. I have been born again for 31 years and trust in the Lord for complete and total restoration. My husband has no care or concern to be in the church or to accept Jesus back into his life. He had a prophetic word spoken to him saying he would preaching to the lost and I stand on that to this day. I know that God hates divorce and I don't want one. I need everyone to please pray for Bob and me (Tracey). He is a soul that needs to repent and be touched by our Lord. There is hope for us and I know that it's not ok with the Lord for him to be living this way. I am praying for him and sending him scripture every day believing God to heal both of us.
