Thanks & Prayers

Posted by needamiracle on 5/12/2008 1:09:26 PM  - Print This  - Email This

I want to thank the Lord for the changes that I am seeing in my marriage. I need Him to continue the healing process in my husband and pierce his heart and cause him to have a forgiving and loving heart toward me. I also need to be patient and allow HIM to work this out in HIS time. I really love my husband & I want to have the marriage I always wanted with him. I need to be calm and realize that when I try to help God all I am doing is getting in the way. Pray for me so that I can allow God to work this miracle out for me on His time schedule and I can sit back and allow Him to do so
Please pray for me to be the wife that my husband wants and needs and that I am able to wait on the Lord- & accept His time schedule.
I love the Lord and my husband

Father God,

We thank You for Your saving grace. We thank You for healing our marriages. We thank You that You are a work in our lives even when we don't see the manifestation. We hank You that You answer our prayers at all times. We thank You that we have only to ask, believe and have patience with joy. We know that You are faithful and it is us who need paience. We come now to the throne of grace seeking joyful patience as we wait for You to move in our marriages. We will hold fast to the forgiveness in our hearts and joyfully respect Your timing. In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen

Dear sister in Christ,
God is good! The scriptures say when a man finds a wife he finds a good thing. Continue to honor your husband and keep Christ in the center of your life so you may be strong and stand. God bless you.

Hey there, not to long ago I was like you. My husband and I had been seperated for several months. I felt like I could help the Lord restore our marriage. It was physically, mentally, and emotionally draining on me. Then one night I told the Lord I couldn't take it anymore. I told him I was tired and that I was sorry for fighting his will and that my heart and my marriage was in his hands and I knew I just had to trust in him to take care of things. Over that next couple of days I began to feel so much better. I knew he was in control and it felt good. I have felt since then the Lord has spoken to me and my husband. We have made a lot of progress since then. He is still not home but I know in time the Lord will help him overcome some of the issues he is facing about returning. Just pray for strength, courage, wisdom, and patience right now and give your whole heart to the Lord. Also, Keep your husband in your prayers everyday. He needs your prayers to. Keep faith in the Lord, he has perfect timing.
