i pray that i will get the srenth to stay focused on my new diet that i am starting

Try the "S" diet. No seconds. No sweets, No snacks. Except on days which begin with S.

Father,

It is Your will that we take care of our temples. We ask that You strenghten Jesusfan to be able to stick with this new diet. Your word says You gave us the power to receive the fruit of self-control. We thank You. In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
