Devotional Podcast

Since last fall, we've been working hard on a new project to bring you an audio version of our devotionals. What we discovered is that it's easy to produce a bad podcast, but actually quite difficult to produce a good one. (I guess that should have been self-evident!) We started out with a basic headset microphone and simple voice recording software, but when we listened to the results, we felt the final product was not consistent with the high quality you would expect from Delve Ministries.

We did some research, bought the right equipment, some music to mix in and some recording software. Next, we spent weeks learning how to do it right. At this point, we're pretty happy with the results and we hope you will be too.

In the next few weeks, we'll be recording the backlog of the thirty or so devotionals. Once we feel that there are enough there, we'll start to make the iTunes link available in the "about" page and on each devotional itself. We'll also announce it here in the news.

If you're really excited and can't wait to get a preview, here's a link to our first devotional which we finished up late last night.

Please let us know if you like it and we'll keep doing what we're doing. If you're not impressed with what we've produced and think it can be improved, please let us know soon so we can correct it before all thirty are recorded!

That message was right on the money ! If I want a deeper relationship with Jesus......there's no magic to it......I have to WANT and pursue a better relationship with Him........nothing more complicated than that ! Thanks.....I needed that !..........peace and love.......Norma

Wow! What a pleasure it was to discover this website. And now, with the devotional podcast and the wonderful way you present it's message, I've experienced a blessing indeed. Thank you for taking the time and intentionally bringing us closer to Jesus with your resources.
