First off, congratulations on such a huge undertaking! I have a few questions. Who will be your directors? How long will it take to complete the process? What will be the name of the new company? Will you be registering the company federally or provincially?

Thanks, Mark. The name of the company will be "Delve Christian Ministries Inc." I've already jumped the gun and started changing this web site to reflect the change. Let's hope nothing goes wrong with the paperwork! It will take about 30 days for the process to be complete. The three directors in the beginning will be me, my wife Donna (who you've not yet met, I believe?) and my old friend Rob Tigwell. We'll be incorporating provincially (it's cheaper than federal - too bad I'm not in Nova Scotia where it's really cheap!) I'm in the process of creating a dedicated web site for the new company and I will post short bios of all of us, along with the company's constitution, by-laws, etc.

Mark, the web site for the new company is done, and you can check it out through the link which is at the bottom of every page. I decided not to put any information about the directors on the site except for email addresses should anyone want to contact us. Also, the constitution and by-laws are not there yet. Those will have to be voted on after we have the articles of incorporation.
