Please know that I write this to you in love. Thus says the word of God, "I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm - neither hot nor cold - I am about to spit you out of my mouth."

You have been requesting prayer for a few months now. You go out and do your deeds, then want folk to pray you back into good feelings. God wants you to make a decision. Either His will or yours! You cannot keep trying to use God. You seem to care more about this boyfriend than you do about Jesus. If you get back with this man, you will just drop Jesus until you have another problem. Why do you keep playing with your soul like this? No man is worth going to hell for. But, Jesus thought YOU were worth dying for. Get your priorities together girlfriend. I pray that the Lord change you before it is too late. No man knows the day or hour that the Lord will return.

God has created us humans with the need to love and be loved.
Sadly, we often look for love in the wrong place. Or we have a twisted notion of what love really is...
This can end up being a good thing really!
For we realize there must be more to life than this!
Our emptyness, or need for love, can bring us back to the True Love Source. God Himself! God Is Love! And only He can fill our emptyness!
His love for us is like no other! It is unconditional! It is stronger than death! It is eternal! Sister, please seek the Lord while He may be found. (Remember the cross...) If you only knew His love, you would drop everything now, and pray...!

"And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.

He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.

He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.

Dear Friend,

I just couldn't help, but add something here. I know that so many people say things like (and I did too), "God made me this way." "God made us to love." Etc. Yes and no is the answer. God made you, yes. But we, are the ones who CHOOSE, either to follow God's Manual (for our lives ...the Bible), or we follow the ways of the world (Satan) which will ultimately lead us to eternal separation FROM God.

Did God create us to love? Absolutely! But actually, the "love" we "hunger" for can only be fulfilled spiritually, first. It is a void that only JESUS can fill. NOT man/woman, things, etc. That is why we as human beings LONG...to love and be loved. But that void can ONLY be...filled with God, FIRST! Our first love. Then, as we establish a "closer" walk with our Saviour and grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord, (in His perfect time) He will give us the desires of our heart.

However, we should also be so content in our relationship with God, that we can "honestly" say, "Lord, Your will be done. I accept WHATEVER decision You make in my life and, I will ...rejoice in it. And, I will serve You...all the days of MY LIFE!" Amen.

I'd like to say I love your salutation. It makes me think of a worship song from my church, "I am a friend of God". I think it's recorded by Isreal. I am enjoying your posts.
