Harden Heart

Being 45 in today's world, I find my heart hardening and I'm becoming bitter due to bad relationships, bad choices and overall growing more and more tired with society. My patience is fading! I dont love the way I used to. I don't trust anyones words or motives. People are generally selfish and hateful. I don't see the good in people anymore. It's frustrating just going into society and all the uglyness.

Everyday is a challenge and I need God to help me cope better. Any suggestions?
