Make sure you take time to BREATH DEEPLY too!
Make the SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS sound, as you
very slowly exhale OUT all of the air from deep in your lungs. (This can help relieve stress and tension,
and help revive you!)
I pray that God will help you see things
from a birds eye view.
Remember that God is on your side.
He will be your strength.
Meditate on His Words.
Stand on His Truth.
The battle is the LORD'S.
Give God your fears and tears.
Keep your eyes on the LORD!
Hope IN the LORD!
Nothing is too hard for God!

The Truth will set you free.

fear the LORD, and that God restores all that
