could we find any connection between The Mashiach who will descend from Joseph, and the roots of Jesus? Does Jesus and his suffering parallel closer to Joseph than to King David?

In order to discuss this topic we must first know some back round info.
Joseph had dreams that showed Gods' wanting him to be the leading figure in the family.
His brothers would not accept this fact and attempted to kill Joseph, against the will of God.
God manipulated the situation and Joseph ended up in Egypt and became a powerful ruler there.
Although, we see no indication from the OT that Joseph will rule after leaving Egypt, it is well known to Jews that God will send a Mashiach who descends from Joseph as well as a Mashiach that descends from King David.
The main clue to know this fact is from the second dream of Joseph when the sun moon and stars bow to him.

Joseph was the first born to Rachel and since Rachel was the most desired wife of Jacob, she and her children were considered to be the most important and greatest leaders of the family.
This is what we see from the dreams of Joseph which were considered a level of prophesy.
Although, Kind David descends from Leah and his descendant will be the King and Mashiach, there will also be a descendant from Joseph that will be a Mashiach, not King but a position higher and holier than the King.
These two will work together to complete the job that God sends them for.
