Secret Place

I have been getting Psalm 91 over and over the last couple of days. Does anyone know where the secret place is? I need to be there. Too many obstacles are coming against me right now. Help me find the secre place so I can rest. Thank you.

Yes Mrspiggy.
The secret place is Jesus.
(Christ in you, the hope of glory)
Draw near. Focus on Him alone.
(Hugs and prayers)
Meditate on His Word.
God bless you!

Jesus said;
"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
Matthew 11:28-30
(For you too Mrspiggy.)

Thank you.

(You are very welcome.)
Do you want to talk about anything?

Thank you, but no. I just lost my way for a mintue. Got caught up in circumstances of life. That happens when you take your eyes off Him. I know He'll work it out. He always does.

I can almost see the hope that is alive in your heart Mrspiggy.
Keep close to the Shepherd my friend.
(Hug)
I have to chuckel! As I write this my 17 year old daughter just
asked me;
"Is our dog ok? She sounds funny, she is breathing like a Piggy!"
(She has no idea I was writing to a Mrspiggy!)
(I think we've been hanging out with the baby too much!)

Thank you for the laugh. It reminded me of the movie we watched on tv last night. There was a pig running with the dogs. I thought that was funny, too. I told my husband, Piggy, "I think that pig thinks he's a dog." We had a 15 minute discussion on animals pairing up with other animals if there aren't any of their kind around. It looked like the dogs raised the pig. The pig even barked!

Now you have me laughing!
I'm picturing a pig that barked!
My Husband can make a very realistic (Loud too!)
pig noise! It is so funny! (He used to do it as a kid in the lunchroom at school. I think it got better as he got older!)
He says; "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEhhh! Snort-Snort!"
I wish you could hear him!

Hey Mrs. Piggy - I'm sorry you had a moment of uncertainty, or what ever that was. But, there is a part of me that's glad to know even the highly accomplished faith-walkers have those moments. I'm sure you'd agree with me the rebound can sometimes take you to surprising heights (or at least remind you of an important lesson you thought you had learned a long time ago). I'm still dizzy from my rebound from last week.

I agree with Ignited-Faith's reply; but, did you already check out Isaiah 45:2-4?

Best wishes for a bouncy day!

Thank you, Ryan. Those two verses have blessed me. Yes, I am enjoying my dizzy spell. I know exactly when I stepped out the boat and when I felt the wind and turned to see where it was coming from, I was going down. As I stated earlier, I've been getting Psalm 91 for a couple of days, I know it was Jesus preparing me for this morning. I got up very, very early and didn't pray before leaving my bedroom. Bad move. By 6 o'clock, it was on!! By the time I logged on, it was the 9th round. I lost 2 appointments and on a different one, can't get the company to pay me money past due. By the time the mail came, I had the ballons blown up for my little pity party. More bad news. My healthcare provider writes that their database has been conpromised and all my info is out there.

But God. I love those words. After I read IgnitedFaith's post with the song lyrics and got deep into praise mode, the phone rang. I got a new appointment paying more than the two I lost combined!!!
He is more than able.

Yes, I feel bad that I got out of pocket, but God...

I agree... continuing off the last message... but God, will always provide a way out. Remember Job? He lost everything, his wife and kids were gone, he was living in a cave, yet he remained faithful to God and God pulled through giving him multiples as much as he had had before! Isn't God good! Wow, i realise now how much that message in itself was for me as well... thank you for posting and getting me on the subject. I hope i could bless you with this message as much as you all have blessed me.

Spex,
Thank you. Yes, I remember Job. I just wondered if perhaps I had stepped out of the will of God. I know the safest place in the world is in His will. I thought I had stepped out of His shadow of protection and was in the burning sun. All is well now.
