Too many to number.
There are many people in my family who need the Lord.
(Oh how I long for them to know Jesus!)

I listened to one cd with 15 songs on it for three hours today. I worshiped God the entire time. I am so happy to have power again.

I told my daughter 18 times, and she replied, "ahha la", which means, "I love you too, dad" in 2-month old. Then she started to cry.

There are 1440 minutes in a day. So, I have to say 1440 times today.

How many times did you say "thank you" to someone today?
8/28/2008 11:13:19 PM by mrspiggy, Member of Delve into Jesus since 1/18/2008

At least once, since the person commented on it. It was at the McDonald's drive through this morning, at a very early 6:15. The woman commented on how polite I was. I remember thinking that I was both happy that she noticed, and sad that more people don't treat strangers with at least that which I consider to be the minimum of common decency.

How many times today did correct someone who was being rude or unkind?
8/29/2008 5:40:47 PM by Michael Lane, Executive Director, Delve Christian Ministries

I corrected someone once.
I was having coffee and talking with my Husband.
We were talking about prayer, and the Bible verse:
"Not returning evil for evil or insult for insult,
but giving a blessing instead;" 1 Peter 3:9a
In the middle of our conversation,
he did something I considered very rude...
I got up, and with too many words, corrected him,
as I left the room...
Then I lay on the couch and felt horrible!
Suddenly something hit me.
The verse. I was guilty! I was doing just what it said
not to do!!!!
"Not returning evil for evil or insult for insult,
but giving a blessing instead;" 1 Peter 3:9a
I told him what he did wasn't as bad as how I treated
him for doing it! I asked him and the Lord to forgive me.
