If you're concerned about other people knowing your identity, you can post the question
anonymously. You may want to do this if you've been a member of this site for a
while and think for whatever reason that the question might be embarrassing. It's
ok, we've all got areas of strength and weakness, but we value our privacy too so
go ahead and ask anonymously if you're concerned.
Once your question has been submitted, it will be sent to a moderator for approval.
We're not evaluating the content or quality of the questions (i.e. we're not concerned
with whether or not it's a good question), we're just making sure that it's a legitimate
question, not anything offensive.
Once the question has been approved, all members will see it in their list of unanswered
questions and will have an opportunity to respond. If you choose, you can be notified
by email whenever a response had been posted. Don't worry, responses are moderated
too and no one will see your email address, so you don't have to worry that you
will get any nasty surprises in your inbox.
If you feel that one of the responses given has answered your question, please flag
the question as "answered" by clicking the link under the response. This serves
two purposes. First, others may come along later with the same question and will
see that it has already been answered. Knowing that it has been answered, they can
also benefit from the answer. Also, marking the question as "answered" will take
it off the list of unanswered questions so that members can move onto other questions
that need attention.

If your question has gone for a few days with no responses, it will start to move
to the top of the list of "urgent unanswered questions" so that other members will
know that you have been waiting a long time. If a few more days go by and your question
has not been answered, a moderator will be notified and one of us will look at your
question and either do our best to give you an answer, help you to rephrase the
question, or give you some idea why other members were having difficulty coming
up with an answer.
It is our goal and desire that no question will go more than a few days without
either being answered, or without you getting contacted by a moderator to help you.
If you have a suggestion for how we might improve this process,
please let us know. If you have questions, comments or concerns about this
process, please send us an email.
Did you know you can subscribe to the latest questions and read them in your favorite
news reader? RSS is a standard way for regular, periodic content such as news and
blogs to be posted and read from a common place. Most people use RSS to read all
the headlines from their favorite news sites and blogs all in one place. If you're
new to RSS, we recommend "Google
Reader", which is simple, convenient and web-based. Both FireFox and Internet
Explorer 7 browsers also have built in news readers. You can subscribe to the feed
here:

- Join a Discussion - Our forums
are the place for lively discussion
on any topic that relates to Christianity. Find a topic that interets you and join
the debate, or start a new topic about something that's been on your mind. Share
your thoughts and get to know what others are thinking.
- Resources - Discover the movies, books and web sites that other
members have found inspirational, meaningful and encouraging.
- Prayer - Let other members know the challenges you're currently
facing and let them say a word of prayer for you. Browse the other prayer requests
and spend a moment with the Lord interceding for your fellow members.
- Reflections
and Devotionals - Every week or so, we post a new
"reflection" about the challenges of Christian Living, or a "devotional" about our life in Christ. We hope you will find these insightful, inspirational and thought-provoking.
