Posting a prayer request is a special kind of worship because it faithfully demonstrates
to God that you are seeking His blessing or His intervention. Posting a prayer request
also gives you an opportunity to let the other members of Delve Into Jesus
understand some of the challenges you are facing, or to give thanks to God for the
wonderful blessings He has given. Other members will read your request and pray
with you, adding their voice to yours before God.

If you're concerned about other people knowing your identity, you can post the request
anonymously. You may want to do this if you've been a member of this site for a
while and think for whatever reason that the prayer request might be embarrassing.
It's ok, we've all got areas of strength and weakness so go ahead and post anonymously
if you're concerned.
Once your request has been submitted, it will be sent to a moderator for approval.
We're not evaluating the content or quality of the request (i.e. we're not concerned
with whether or not it's a good request), we're just making sure that it's a legitimate
prayer request, not anything offensive.
Once the request has been approved, all members will see it in their list of recent
requests and will have an opportunity to respond. If you choose, you can be notified
by email whenever a response had been posted. Don't worry, responses are moderated
too and no one will see your email address, so you don't have to worry that you
will get any nasty surprises in your inbox.
If you have a suggestion for how we might improve this process,
please let us know. If you have questions, comments or concerns about this
process, please send us an email.
Did you know you can subscribe to the latest prayer requests and read them in your
favorite news reader? RSS is a standard way for regular, periodic content such as
news and blogs to be posted and read from a common place. Most people use RSS to
read all the headlines from their favorite news sites and blogs all in one place.
If you're new to RSS, we recommend
"Google Reader", which is simple,
convenient and web-based. Both FireFox and Internet Explorer 7 browsers also have
built in news readers. You can subscribe to the feed here:
